After three weeks of non-stop curling coverage, the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games have come to a close.

I’m exhausted.

The team put in an amazing shift, produced some spectacular content all while dealing with a crazy amount of interest from the international press. Despite not all of our press being ideal, we helped promote the sport and hopefully increased the awareness and interest in curling outside of the Games.

This is my third Winter Games and it brought a very different set of challenges than the other two.

I’ll be back in Cortina in just over a week for the Paralympic Winter Games and I’m sure that once that event has passed, I’ll write a longer piece on the whole experience.

But for now, we’re going to celebrate as a team, then take some well earned rest.
